Day 5: - Breakfast: Bacon and egg cups with avocado - Lunch: Caesar salad with grilled chicken - Dinner: Pork chops with green beans I lost another pound on day 5! Day 6: - Breakfast: Coconut flour pancake with almond butter and berries - Lunch: Turkey lettuce wraps with avocado - Dinner: Grilled steak with mushrooms and onions I lost another pound on day 6! Day 7: - Breakfast: Bacon-wrapped asparagus bundles - Lunch: Cobb salad with mixed greens and hard-boiled eggs - Dinner: Keto pizza with almond flour crust and toppings of my choice By the end of day 7, I lost a total of 7 pounds! Not only did I lose weight, but I also feel more energized and focused throughout the day.
